What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, I accept Zelle, Cash, and Checks. Credit Cards and ACH will be accepted at a later date.
When are payments due?
I appreciate prompt payment because this allows me to keep your project on track and make sure we don’t experience out-of-stock issues with product. Project proposal retainers are due within 3 days. Purchase Orders are due within 3 days. Design fee is due within 3 days. Invoices more than 30 days past due will accrue a 10% late fee per month and all work will cease until the invoice is paid.
Can I purchase furnishings on my own?
In order to efficiently manage all of the moving parts and navigate lead time challenges, it is important for TDIS to place all of the orders. I am able to track lead times and handle damage claims with my manufacturers and keep the project running smoothly.
Do you charge for travel?
I do not charge for travel within 25 miles of Celina, TX. If your project is outside of that radius, there will be a fee based on your location and whether or not additional accommodations will be required, ie. air travel, hotel, etc.
What's the difference between hiring a contractor vs an Interior Designer?
Though there are similarities between what a contractor and a designer can do, a designer brings a more personal approach to design. Designers work with you in every aspect of every design stage and have access to a wider variety of vendors to help create your dream space.
